I am 18 yrs experienced in field of holistic health,wellness,massage&spa services. I cater to clients best interests to encourage and inspire their greatest potential with their current needs. Massage is hands on with organic quality oils and aromatherapies. I also use healing touch,reiki and tuning forks in sessions if a client requests this as well. I use reflexology in combination with my massage work on your feet,hands and ears. I offer body scrubs to exfoliate,wraps to hydrate and cleanse and detoxify. I offer table and chair massage at hotels,events,parties,convention center,offices and my office.

I graduated originally from Mueller College,San Diego,CA and also have taken classes at Natural Healing Institute,Encinitas,CA,School of Healing Arts,San Diego,CA,Integrative Massage Course for CEU's,Price-Pottenger Nutrition Course,Healing Touch Program,Reiki II attunement,Tuning Fork Certificate,Associate Degree from Saddleback College in Human Resources/Eating Disorder Program/Internship and also Mira Costa College. I have been a NCBTMB member since 2004.

I love to educate people about heatlhy choices for their food and their body products. I educate you on finding quality products that are effective and affordable for your needs. I believe in empowering you to know that you do know what is best for you. I offer home visits to help you with kitchen detoxifying your food choices.
